All Whidbey-SeaTac Shuttle & Charter vehicles are radio-dispatched featuring the Nextel system, and we exceed all federal, state, and local requirements for our industry. Terms and Conditions: Reservations are required. Fare is due at time of reservation. Price is for transportation only. Event tickets are not included and must be purchased separately. Cancellation: Trips with less than 8 prepaid passengers are subject to cancellation by noon the day before scheduled service. Notification of cancellation will by phone. We offer refunds or credit for future trips. A $10.00 transaction fee per person will be charged when reservations are re-scheduled or cancelled by the person who booked the trip. Changes are not allowed after the scheduled departure time of the reservation. Customers who fail to show up by the scheduled departure time of their reservation at the designated pick-up point or who have not canceled or changed their reservation at least 7 days prior to that time are not eligible for a refund. The company reserves the right to refuse to transport persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or who are incapable of taking care of themselves, or whose conduct or behavior may be objectionable to other passengers. We also reserve the right to refuse carriage of any material that we consider unsafe and not in the best interest of the passengers. |
