Driver

Based in Oak Harbor, WA. Must live within 20 miles of our office. We will train you for a CDL with a passenger endorsement.

Requirements

  • 25 years of age or older
  • Must hold a current Washington state driver's license
  • Able to obtain a CDL Class C P2 Passenger endorsement
  • Able to obtain a Medical Card
  • Excellent customer service skills

Compensation

Wage begins at $12.75/hour + tips.

Charter Manager

Whidbey SeaTac Shuttle is seeking a detail-oriented and creative professional to help manage our charter operation and marketing on Whidbey Island.

Core Job responsibilities (including, but not limited to)

  • Work directly with customers in planning and organizing their transportation needs, including:
    • Ensure we provide seamless transportation to the customer
    • Assisting with mapping and timelines
    • Determining safe access to the location
    • Provide cost estimates and customer price quotes
    • Write contracts and collect payments
    • Confirm, change and follow-up on charters
  • Coordinate with driver manager for charter drivers and vehicle assignments
  • Prepare driver directions including mapping routes
  • Oversee drivers and dispatchers while they are working a charter
  • Complete charter folders ensuring FMCSA rules and regulations are complied with
  • Personal Visit with customer, as needed, on and off site to ensure their needs are being met
  • Network in the community to generate new business

Preferred qualifications

  • Work experience in charter/transportation or events management
  • Proven track record coordinating multiple projects/tasks effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills including meticulous record-keeping
  • Ability to generate and create reports and skill with Microsoft Office
  • Strong people/customer service skills

Work Schedule

Full time 5 days per week, some weekends may be required

Compensation

Commensurate with experience level and industry standards

Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
